uses for egg whites that won't mount?

I know I got some yolk in them but thought I'd try anyway. They have sugar already added in. Should I toss or can I use them somehow. They are white and very thick but not at all peaky or fluffy.

Thanks, Droplet, I haven't tossed them and will try. May add some cinnamon and cocoa to the egg white base...

It's been a few hours since you asked, but in case you haven't thrown them away yet, you can use them to coat some nuts and roast them in the oven.
