Crisp rosemary flatbread and goat chees with olives lemon and thyme. Both recipes are from gourmet magazine and can be found on their website. The flat bread is actually crackers. So easy to make and very impressive. Can make a day or two ahead. I make it every year for thanksgiving.
By the way, you can serve the meatballs mentioned above at room temp or else heat them gently in a double boiler instead of the oven. (Just set a bowl holding the meatballs over a pot of simmering water and occasionally give the meatballs a stir until they're warmed through, then transfer the meatballs into your serving dish.)
