I have a question about the recipe "Pear, Brandy and Walnut Cranberry Sauce" from notlazy.rustic.. Would you double/triple the cinnamon and peppercorns when doubling/tripling the recipe?

Yes, you should double everything if doubling or triple everything...including spices
