rustic.. For the cranberry-pear-walnut sauce, what would be a good non-alcoholic replacement for Brandy? Serving a very religious family.

I would use apple cider in place of the brandy.

I'd go with apple cider or apple juice. You could even use orange juice with this mix of flavors.
