If I am doubling a creme brûlée recipe, what does that do to the baking time?

Are you cooking them in small dishes like you would with a single batch of the recipe? If so, the cooking time should be the same.

Yes, individual dishes. It's actually the filling from a maple pumpkin brûlée pie.
