It really depends on how thick your burger meat is and how hot your oven is (bake vs broil). Also do you like your burgers medium rare or well done. This leads me to advise the use of a good instant-read thermometer. Figure out to what degree (no pun intended) you want your meat to be, then simply check with the thermometer until done. Remember the meat will still "cook" when you take the burgers out so err on the side of a wee bit under-done from what you want.
