I have a question about the recipe "Chocolate Bundt Cake" from KelseyTheNaptimeChef. Any suggestions for making this without a stand mixer? Could I use a hand-mixer instead?

I agree with aussiefoodie and would ALWAYS use a hand whisk when making bundt cakes. It helps to not over mix the batter, which makes it tough. Also, I wouldn't go for a full 4 minute mix, but rather mix until just combined. The cake sounds delicious!
