Are you looking for a recipe for Whole Foods' salad bar dish called Sweet Summer Kale? I couldn't find a recipe for it, but did find a list of ingredients (here: http://yardandplate.com/tag/whole-foods-sweet-summer-kale-salad/) that you could use as a jumping off point for re-creating it: "the secret is APPLE RINGS, plus: almonds, sun-dried cranberries, olive oil, honey, orange juice, white balsamic vinegar, shallots, garlic, oregano, crushed red chili flakes, salt, black pepper."

Here is another blogger take on it: http://lindawagner.net/blog/2013/06/sexy-summer-kale-salad/index.html

And we're crazy about kale around here, so these articles might help you find a new favorite kale dish too: http://food52.com/blog/8802-8-kale-salads, http://food52.com/blog/6661-a-few-bunches-of-kale-5-dinners, http://food52.com/blog/9513-how-to-make-kale-salad-without-a-recipe

Thanks for posting this helpful guide to a salad I'm obsessed with. Here's some dressing proportions that worked great for me:
1 medium shallot
1 clove garlic
1/3c olive oil
1/3c orange juice
3 tblsp white balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/t tsp kosher salt
Pinch red pepper flakes
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Blend everything together and adjust seasonings to taste.

Hope you all enjoy!
