What kind of salad should I serve with Moorish Paella?

I would go with a Turkish tomato salad. Diced tomato (1/4"), diced cucumber, finely chopped lettuce, a bit if small dice onion and a vinegrette with pomegranate molasses. Serve on cups of lettuce leaves if you want more green.

This Genius Recipe is amazing. Not sure if it would be much flavor punches but based on the reviews from the Moorish Paella, it could work.  Also, check the recipes comments for variations that worked well for other people.  http://food52.com/recipes...

Very chilled butter or Boston lettuce drizzled with a sherry vinagrette with a small amount of Dijon mustard , S&amp;amp;P, in the vinagrette; no other ingredients in the salad
