Hi, there are tutorials all over the web for making puff pastry. Use Foodpickle for emergencies or for quick help while you are cooking. Use google or trusted site for How To's and basic recipes (or browse the member generated recipes here at Food52.com ). I have not made classic puff pastry from scratch, but I've made this 'Rough Puff' as a topper for chicken pot pie and other things. It's good!
