I am addicted to your salted dark chocolate nut bars (yay for vegan!). However, I have not had any success with the puffed quinoa part of the recipe. Can you tell me the best way to make it? Thank you!

If you aren't able to find puffed quinoa, the recipe author suggests using either puffed brown rice or puffed millet as a substitute.
