Last night I made vodka sauce. The recipe uses heavy cream. I have a good amount leftover, easily another meal. Can it be frozen?

Sure. You can even freeze heavy cream itself, though you won't be able to whip it afterwards. Just warm your sauce gently and it will still be delicious.
