Hi Richard -- I am a gluten-free baker, so if it is a matter of using wheat-free flours, it totally depends on the recipe. Is there one you are looking at? I can give you advice.

What are you making? You could substitute all purpose flour.

All-purpose flour and wheat flour are the same thing, unless the original poster means "whole wheat flour" and is looking for a substitute.
