I have a question about the recipe "Cheez-Its" from Jestei. There's a step missing! How thick do we roll out the dough before baking?

Sorry about that, the recipe has been updated! Now in step 3 you'll see: "Lightly sprinkle the top of the dough with flour and roll out, keeping the rectangle shape, to a thickness of just under 1/4 inch."
