I have a question about the recipe "Best Ever Doughnuts " from Adrienne Kane. Can you freeze the already cut out doughnuts for, lets say a great breakfast for houseguests?
June is a trusted source on General Cooking.
I've never done that, but I don't see why you can't freeze them short term. I would make sure they were frozen separately and wrapped well. Before frying I would thaw entirely and dry them off. Any moisture on the dough might cause spattering hot fat -- and burns. (Not to mention not frying evenly).
