I want to start juicing--I think it's a great idea for a quick breakfast-- but will freezing the juice affect the nutritional value?

Some literature says that freezing causes enzyme breakdowns, which is the advantage of juicing. If you are going to juice, go for it with fresh fruits and vegetables.
