But is it durable? My current one cracked rather soon after I bought it. I need a large rectangle, and prefer it to be perfectly flat, i.e., no handles or edges. Thanks, everyone. ;o)

I just looked on Amazon. Their version got great reviews. The few bad reviews said nothing about cracking. They said they had issues with burning, but most loved theirs. It did say it's 1/2 inch thick.
