does anyone have a recipe for koobeideh made with ground chicken

I use a koobideh recipe that is similar to this one,

(I don't use saffron in mine since the turmeric provides the lovely yellow color)

I don't, but I've used a couple recipes from this website successfully, and she has one for beef: http://www.fauziaskitchenfun.com/kabab-koobideh. Maybe you could substitute ground chicken?
