The top part of the celery is amazing! It adds so much flavour to a lot of things. To be used in soups, to flavour stocks(then you can freeze), to add to lentils, or slice in a nice raw salad.
Just checking, do you mean "your top celery cooking tips" or "what to do with celery tops," that is, the skinny parts with the leaves on top of the stalk.
