What sides go well with Pork Chop? I know sweet potato is good. Any other suggestions?

This time of year, how about an interesting slaw?

I love angel hair pasta with pesto sauce with my Pork Chop. Even a store bought Buitoni pesto sauce, doctored up with a few tablespoons of cream will rock it. When I was a batchelor I'd eat this combo 3 or 4 nights a week...my wife (and then girlfriend) says she'd ask me what I had for dinner and most times it was a pork chop with pasta and pesto. Try it, you'll like it.

This time of year I like to serve Green Peach Salad with spicy grilled porkchops. See https://food52.com/recipes/13549-crook-s-corner-s-green-peach-salad.

Slow-cooked green beans would be good as would a tangy, mustard-based slaw.

I really enjoy mashed cauliflower with pork chops. Especially good if you are making a pan sauce with sage.

When I brine and braise them, I serve them over mashed potatoes and caramelized onions.

How are you preparing the pork chops? Grilled, fried, braised in some kind of sauce....? Hard to suggest sides without that context.

it depends a bit on how you make them, but potatoes always work, especially roasted or mashed. for a vegetable side I would do something bright and/or fruity: green beans or spinach with a lemony, mustardy vinaigrette, caramelized onions and tart apples braised with a splash of cider; braised red cabbage is also nice (but maybe more so in colder seasons).
