How do i increase a recipe by 10 times

I have a recipe for Kale salad that serves 4 people that I want to make for 40 people. Do I just increase the recipe by 10 times?

Yes. Easy for a salad..more complicated for bread. When it comes to salt, pepper etc., just ease up a bit and taste.
