I want to make a kale salad. Need a really good recipe. Can I chopped it? Or will it loose flavor?

My favorite Kale Salad was an accident, but I loved it so much I wrote about it. Cut the kale pretty finely and give it a good massage (3-4 minutes) to tenderize.

The best kale dish I've ever had. Doesn't rate super high on the healthy scale, but it is amazing. I roast the garlic before crushing and I use a bit of finely chopped pistachios, hazelnuts or walnuts. I usually sub pantaleo for the cheese, but any hard cheese works!

Type "kale salad" in the search box upper left, and select "recipes" from the second box - there are quite a few delicious looking choices. Then, do it again, but select "features." There are a couple of good choices there, too.
