Does anyone know where I can find a local butcher in Brooklyn to bone out a whole chicken?

I'm looking to get a large bird boned out, so I can cook it as a roast.

Go to Fleisher's in Park Slope - http://www.fleishers.com/ Butchers there are incredibly helpful.

Thanks, I've watched the video many times, but I'm in a situation where I need the butcher to do this for me. I just wanted to see if anyone would be able to recommend a small local butcher.
