You can find some in Alexandria in a moroccan store. It took me forever to find some. Al Amanah Market 3811-I, S George Mason Dr, Falls Church, VA 22041. I hope it helps. Please let me know if you can find them at any other store. Thank you.
I am not that familiar with Middle Eastern shops in Fairfax, but there is an excellent Persian grocery on Rockville Pike in Maryland--Yekta's. Their prices are very reasonable and their selection is outstanding. They have more scented waters than I ever imagined--rosewater and orange water plus mint, saffron and other herb-scented waters. They also have a restaurant, so you can turn your shopping trip into an excursion.
Check out any Middle Eastern/Lebanese/Persian/Moroccan grocery stores. It will be in the freezer section. It can have the following spelling "brik, breek, brick" or "borek". I believe it's all the same type of pastry, thin tissue-like sheets. If you can't find it, you can substitute filo/phyllo pastry, which is thinner.
