You are probably best off to trash it and start over without the soup mix. There are plenty of recipes around the internet that are good, easy and low sodium.
You could try adding more sour cream, caramelized onions, and maybe some chopped parsley and lemon zest for freshness. Look up "caramelized onion dip" on this site (I keep trying to add a link, but I can't for some reason.). You might want to start over with fresh ingredients. You can control the salt much better that way.
