Can Zuni applesauce be made ahead of time?
I plan to make applesauce for T'giving dinner. Question--any experience with making the Zuni roast apple sauce ahead of time? How does it keep? Does it need to be reheated, or can it be served room temperature? (Oven/stove space is at a premium, and I don't have a microwave.)
