Do you par bake mushroom caps to remove water? I'm making stuffed mushrooms and don't want them to be soggy

No. I make stuffed mushrooms a lot and have never had them turn out soggy. No need par bake.

I've done mine both ways. Now I don't bother. Don't make your stuffing quite so moist and don't par bake.
