Looking for recommendation for new vinaigrette. Something made with canola oil that will keep in fridge for weeks.

It's pretty hard to make a vinaigrette that will hold up for weeks. On the other hand, it's pretty quick and easy to make one at the last minute. Maybe you might re-think your goals?

A classic, easy is Dijon, red wine vinegar, salt pepper and oil of your choice.
