I would like the cocktail BEFORE the roasted shrimp. That is SUCH a classic Greek dish. I'd want to drink Moschofilero (Greek white wine) with it.

I would pair it with a bottle of 2007 Argyros Atlantis White Santorini. Its around $20 a bottle and goes so well with seafood.
