What winter cocktail do you recommend for a XMAS eve dinner with a roasted shrimp, feta and lemon dish?
I would like the cocktail BEFORE the roasted shrimp. That is SUCH a classic Greek dish. I'd want to drink Moschofilero (Greek white wine) with it.

Also consider vodka, a splash of tonic, a dill sprig and a grind of black pepper.
