What winter cocktail do you recommend for a XMAS eve dinner with a roasted shrimp, feta and lemon dish?

How about a French 75?
Citrus flavors + bubbles sounds perfect.
Yum thank you!

I would like the cocktail BEFORE the roasted shrimp. That is SUCH a classic Greek dish. I'd want to drink Moschofilero (Greek white wine) with it.

Molyvos, a very good Greek restaurant in NYC, does some great cocktails. Their list might give you some ideas: http://www.molyvos.com/menus/pdf/Molyvos-Cocktails.pdf

amysarah - these sound great!
Also consider vodka, a splash of tonic, a dill sprig and a grind of black pepper.

I think prosecco goes with everything
ME TOO! Process is my fav. LaMarca is the best
I would pair it with a bottle of 2007 Argyros Atlantis White Santorini. Its around $20 a bottle and goes so well with seafood.
