Help! I am at the grocery store to buy ingredients for my son's Bday cake, only to discover that there has been a run on confectioners sugar! They have ONE pkg left of "organic powdered sugar." Can I use this as a sub for confectioners sugar? (Pkg says it is "12X confectioners sugar", so I am worried bout equivalents and texture.) I will be using it in the hazelnut pastry cream in Smitten Kitchen hazelnut crepe cake.
