I have a question about the recipe "Jamie Oliver's Chicken in Milk" from Genius Recipes. Can you use low fat or skim milk or does it need to be whole?

Use whole. It will be so much better. Trust me. ;o)

You CAN, but I wouldn't. There's such a difference in both flavor and texture of whole milk.

I don't even like putting anything less than whole milk in my coffee, so I should've known better! Of course, you're right.

I would say skim/2% would yield few, if any curds.
