I have a question about the recipe "Best Boston Cream Pie" from Joanne Chang. Fridge or counter?
I just took it out of the freezer and poured over the ganache. I'll be serving it in 7 hours. Should I put it in the fridge or leave it on the counter to thaw?
I think I might keep it in the fridge, taking it out an hour or so before serving.
