I want to make a rose creole sauce for pasta. Was told to make an Alfredo sauce and mix it with tomato sauce.

You can do that, but to add a little Creole zing, I would add the trinity (peppers, onions and celery, all diced small) and some Creole spice. Parsley, thyme, cayenne pepper, white pepper, oregano and little garlic.
