I do just as I would refrigerate natural peanut butter that separates. Also, I just don't seem to go through Tahiti very quickly.

Thanks to all who responded. I will refrigerate but set it out in order to be able to stir the oil into the solid.

In summary, you should refrigerate (or store in a cool place like a root cellar) to prevent the oil from going rancid. You can leave it out if you go through it very quickly.
