Hi Food52ers, It's fresh borlotti bean season and, boy, do I love 'em. I've frozen cooked beans in their liquid before - but the beans always started out as dry. Does it matter? Will these freeze up nice, do you think? Because if so, tomorrow I'm going to make a big pot for the freezer! Thanks!!
