Have a bunch of fresh cranberry beans. Can I freeze them after shelling to keep fresher than just drying them?

I like to briefly blanch them with a little wine vinegar in the water. It seems to help them keep their beautiful color.

Yes, freeze away! My grandparents grow cranberry beans in their garden, and they preserve them by freezing--no blanching necessary.

Yes, you can. I'd blanch them first, but I don't think everyone takes that step.
