I can't find Comte' or Emmanthaler cheese. Can you recommend a substitute?

Hi Rick! Emmanthaler is in the swiss family so if you can't find it, I'd choose a nice Gruyere as a substitute. Or if you can't find that, a regular swiss would do! Happy Thanksgiving!
