I need Thai curry paste for a recipe. Can I substitute if I can't find it
pierino is a trusted source on General Cooking and Tough Love.
Green or red curry? Certainly you can find some kind of curry paste at Whole Foods. It doesn't need to be specifically "Thai".
I would ask the same question as Pierno. I use this one for green http://www.foodandwine...
I've bought it at WF - I think Thai Kitchen brand. Tiny jar.
