Please help! I had to postpone my annaul Turducken feast for one week. Can I freeze an uncooked Turducken (I make it myself so the turkey has been thawed) or cook it and freeze it? Or do I have to start from scratch (ouch!)? Many thanks!

You can freeze it now. The turducken you can order online are prepped and then frozen for shipping.
