Can I make a pumpkin pie in a tart pan? I am using a pate brisee crust.

you sure can! you should blind bake the crust like you would for any pumpkin pie or tart, and then just add your pumpkin filling. since tart pans are more shallow than normal pans, it may not hold all the filling, but you could use any extra to make this pumpkin pudding: https://food52.com/blog...
