i'm planning on making wssmom's fresh ham for 25 people this weekend.

where is the best place to get fresh ham in or around nyc? and if i make 2, can they both cook in the oven for the same amount of time as just one?

Most grocery stores will have fresh ham. Two hams, as long as they are not squished tightly, should cook without any extra cooking time. Remember if they are not the same weight or shape they may need to come out of the oven at different times.
