Equivalents Charts in What Cookbooks?

Are there any cookbooks (other than Joy of Cooking) or websites that have an equivalents chart for weights and volumes of both raw and cooked foods i.e.:
16 ou. raw shiitakes= 1 cup sliced and sauteed(caps only)
or
12 @ large egg yolks= 1 cup ? Thank you!
