I want to coddle eggs in 2 separate egg coddlers in one pot -- any recommendations on cooking time or method?

Don't be afraid to lift the lid and peek. I usually do after 5 minutes in a slow simmering water bath. Then keep simmering until you can see the amount doneness you want. Firm-ish whites, runny yolk.

Thanks! It definitely took longer than expected, but we do about 15 minutes (2 eggs / coddler, 2 coddlers in the pot) and I think we've got it!
