Really doesn't keep very well- pies mostly don't, especially with crumb crust (which, by the way, is not de rigeur with Key Lime Pie, which has been around longer than Graham crackers). Also by the way, whatever they say it is NOT key lime pie if it's not made with key limes- they are quite different- and not hard to find, anymore- the trees are insanely prolific.
