How long to cook a 12 lb dry brined turkey

Hey there Penelope! I like to put my turkey in for a higher temp to start (400 for around 30 minutes) then lower it to about 375 until the internal temperature reads 165° F for breast and 175° F for the thigh. This should take around 4 hours for a 12 pound bird.
