Husband accidentally cooked turkey on convection setting - 350 for 50 minutes. Are we done? What can we do to fix? Worried about it being too dry.

Hi Erin! How big is your turkey? Butterball recommends cooking a 6-10lb unstuffed turkey at 325º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in convection—and longer if it's larger. http://www.butterball.com... So, turn down the heat slightly now, but I wouldn't worry that the added 25º did any harm!
Big change begins with small habits.
