can i used cooked turkey for meatballs?

Leftover turkey meatballs? All the recipes I'm seeing are for raw ground turkey.

There are recipes out there (Googling "leftover turkey meatballs" turned up a bunch). Seems to me the challenge with using cooked rather than raw turkey meat would be 1) ensuring they have enough binder to hold together and 2) adding a source of moisture, since cooked turkey tends to be dry.
