Did they include pineapple? Pineapple has an enzyme that inhibits jello from setting.

Pineapples, mango & papaya's are no no's when setting anything, since they have an enzyme that breaks down proteins...( same reason why they come in handy in tenderizing meat), Try chilling it in the fridge. If you have extra jello, dissolve it & add to the older batch to dilute the effects of the enzyme.
