I want to make Patricia Wells' Tuscan Bean and Wheatberry Soup, but it needs to be gluten-free.

Thanks, both of you. I'll look for those in the future. For tonight, I turned back a page and made her Pasta e Fagiole with GF pasta we had on hand.
