Bacon appears undercooked in small places on a bacon wrapped meatloaf, but internal temps range 165-180

I can't imagine that external bacon wouldn't be at the same or higher temp than the internal temp of the meatloaf. It may not be crisp if all the fat hadn't rendered, but I'd think it should be cooked enough

If this was me, I would put under the broiler for 2 minutes or so. I do like that bacon!
